Winter break

As usual food was really good as are the views from the bar.

Have been coming to Oban Bay for years and disappointed that you now have to pay for hot tub in addition to price of hotel room. Especially as had booked a massage (most hotels would give you access to spa included with massage) Yet other branches I.e. Mull usually include hot tub access in price of stay. Confusing to have different deals at different hotels. So didn't think value of stay was particularly good when this was taken into consideration unfortunately.

Nice place

Hotel was absolutely freezing in bar area..and corridors. I had to ask for blanket to put round me in bar area. Water was pouring in windows next to fire we had to move. Ordered soup and sandwiches for lunch The soup was stone cold and had to be sent back. The sandwiches were hard at ends..disgusting. we spent our entire evening in our room to stay warm. We could have stated at home and relaxed!!

Perfect hotel where you feel completely special and valued.

Amazing staff, overall they just made it the best stay so far in Scotland. Atmosphere was fabulous and nothing was a problem.

Cold rooms. Leaky and dirty windows. Dirty carpet on the floor. No parking for guests.

Renovated hotel in the bay

Location on the bay was fabulous. The bar with open fireplace was great on cold windy nights. The hotel is very modern following renovation.

The room was not super clean but acceptable. In peak season there may be no parking as it is limited.

My room was very hot and I was unable to cool it as window opened only slightly.

Fantastic will definitely be staying here again

Beautiful location right on the water front, loved being able to wake up and sit out front and enjoy the view. The room was lovely, and the hotel was just a two minute walk from an event we were going to aswell.

Superb

Perfect stay for couples, families and pet parents hotel had everything we needed!

Gorgeous location perfect for walking, everywhere we wanted to go was a 5 minute walk from the hotel, room was absolutely stunning and the hotel staff even set up a little dog treat bag as I called last minute to add my dog into my booking which was super easy and was a nice little surprise for our dog Tucker!

Breakfast took a little long due to how busy the hotel was that morning.
