Love being in Vienna for Xmas

I liked the location and the hotel was very clean.

We booked a suite and it was not a suite, two beds in one room so it was not comfortable when traveling with an older child. Upon arrival we asked for a family suite which I presume was more like a suite but none available.

Superb

Great location, very central and stylish hotel!

The room was stylish and cosy. We chose the Classic room and it is perfect for couples. The hotel had a delicious breakfast which was available until 12 noon. The location is very central, 2 minutes from the Opera House. Highly recommend for a weekend in Vienna!

The suites are inner courtyard facing so there isn't the buzz of the street or the view of the Hofburg or Opera House. It is a large room but we found the Classic rooms cosier.

Wonderful staff and location

Perfect. Staff was exceptional. They were all kind, friendly, helpful. KLM misplaced my suitcase in AMS, and everyone in reception was on point to help me locate it. When it was delivered, the staff contacted me immediately and was as thrilled as I to see it. Location was perfect, easy access to all 3 public transports. Plenty of restaurants nearby including in the hotel. Shopping and museums nearby.

Bathroom didn't have a fan and it got steamy. I had to prop open door with a towel.

All and all very good value

Friendly staff. Good location. Central to everything.

They do not clean the rooms properly. Pillows are way too soft to non existent. Bed covers are for singel beds only.

Lovely room, great location, but with the over heated room it was alright but not excellent.

The size and layout of the rooms, as well as the location.

The room was over heated and we struggled to sleep. The mattress topper is foam, which is extremely hot to sleep on. In the five nights we were there every night was disturbed due to the heat.

Great location and large modern bedroom .

Location. Good size bedroom. Not carpet .

Pillows too soft . The housekeeping not refilling the cotton pads daily and not all glasses being washed.

Poorly managed Small details missed -Bathroom had minimal shower gel - asked for replacement - didnt happen Only two coat hangers in the wardrobe Asked for a corkscrew - not one available in the whole hotel so ended up going to le meridian next door to open a bottle of wine Over- priced for what it was Room was big but sparse
