Nothing to enjoy with kids and not very family or kids friendly for new years eve

Arrived on New Years Eve 2023. The room wasnt the one I paid for. When spoken to the staff at the reception, they tried to keep me in the room that I didnt pay for on bookings.Com paid over $1200 for the night to have a nice ocean view. After arguing with staff back and for forth. Tried to ask for a refund and then they moved me to another room with a view. I will never go back Again. There was nothing a viable for dinner and not kids friendly. They told us the pools are not heated when we arrived so we couldnt even enjoy that.

Highly Recommend!

The location, space of the rooms, family room options, amazing buffet, massive fluffy towels, friendly cockatoos, huge mounted TV and friendly helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable thank you

Parking was a headache but we got there with some creative thinking. It was also new years eve so I doubt it's usually so busy. The internet access was a bit confusing. It looked like we would have to pay to use it, but when I asked I was told it wouldn't be charged to my account and it wasn't.
