Great Hotel for business or pleasure

The breakfast was pretty good with Nespresso and bakery. Location close to Morumbi mall is pretty convenient and rooms are modern and comfortable

Terrible experience.

There was no French bread.

It is not a traditional breakfast area, instead it is a bar with loud music where they serve breakfast.

Location was good but property not

location was good

they dont give toiletries.. they just put one soap everyday. lol so cheap staff doesnt speak English and i asked for iron 10 times called them but they put it every time staff over counter was very good but at phone they were rude and hang my call every time they gave me a very small bed and the hotel was so noisy that i could wake up 10 times in mid night
