Great value for money for a family staycation

We had a fabulous time. Good sized family rooms that adjoined which was great. Really close to Xcape, so lots of places to visit and eat out. Hotel was nice and clean and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money and I will definitely be back with the family again.

Good hotel, would stay again.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the pool was a hit with my daughter. The bed was very comfortable.

The taxi associated with the hotel was expensive, and it was difficult to pay. They did make it easy to call the taxi with a button you could push at the front desk, but the hassle of payment and the price wasnt worth the convenience of the button.

Great value for money - and excellent health facilities

Room was fine - pool and health facilities were better than you gte at some places - overall very pleased

Over-run by families with young kids - but thta's what yoy get I guess at a budget price hotel with a pool betyween Xmas and NY.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly, especially the chef. The breakfast was great. Variety of choices for just 12 per adult. Kids eat for free. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

Dinner was not great. The amount and quality were not satisfactory... ...personal opinion.

Disappointing

Not matching the expectations of Novotel standards

Rooms are spacious and property is located along the highway.

Separate Toilet and Bathrooms, with no facility for water inside Toilet, quite unhygienic and inconvenient to use. The hotel staff could not help in arranging some utensil for keeping water inside toilet and the behaviour was quite rude and non professional to handle such an issue. At the time of check in i asked the staff to add my Accor Loyalty Number but it was turned down by them saying that it cannot be added.
