We were a group of 3. 2 adults and one teenager - age 14. They only had rooms with 2 single beds or one king size bed. Even though we had a reservation for 3, they were not able to give us an appropriate room.

Location was amazing breakfast in the morning was great specially Sr Jairo who was helpful, friendly and great costumer service.

The only thing I found odd was the bed doesnt have sheets so you cover yourself directly with the comforter

Great location, hotel and service

Impressive service at the 2nd floor bar and front desk. I didnt have enough time to visit the first floor bar, but I am sure it was great as well. Food at the second floor restaurant was great.

Convenient and comfortable

The receptionist was very welcoming and communicated excellently as he spoke English. The room was very clean. The bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. The water pressure was strong and the bathroom was very spacious. There were lots of storage space in the hallway closets too. The hotel itself is very near parque 93 so there were a lot of good restaurants nearby. Its also easy to walk to the Andino commercial center from the hotel.

The electricity was fluctuating during our whole stay. We also requested for a room with a bathtub but didnt get it.
