Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were appreciated; going the extra mile to help with the booking of a tour and a taxi to take me back to the airport. The location was close to all the facilities I needed in Cairns - despite the heat, I was able to walk to the bustling shopping, tourist, and restaurant areas with ease. Whilst I didn't need to use all the facilities the room had to offer, it came with everything anyone would need for a self-catering stay in Cairns.

Good but can be improved

The staff is helpful. The apartment is spacious for a family. Location is OK as long as you have a car. The ocean view is magnificent.

The washing machine and the dryer are a bit smelly. Shampoo, conditioner, and laundry liquid aren't replenished for free. Only one hair dryer for 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom is a bit cramped.

Enjoyable stay with beautiful views. Apartment is central and functional and we felt safe.

Location was central and close to the airport. The apartment was roomy and had multiple seating options inside and on the patio The pool and spa were clean and functioning The kitchen was functional and allowed us to make multiple meals at the apartment Beds were comfortable

At least one of the hotplates wasn't working. There was hair on both of the bathroom floors upon initial inspection - not matching ours The parking was very tight for my SUV so I only parked under for 1 night and then parked on the street the rest of the time

Clean and in a good location

The location was good. The staff were nice and helpful. The apartment was cleaned well by the staff.

The apartment needs maintenance by the owners i.e. the tile grouting needs to be scrubbed and the kitchen cupboard doors need to be repaired. The verandah needed to be swept or hosed to get rid of the bird droppings and litter. The airconditioning was quite bit weak, probably needs a service. The corridors around the apartment were a bit bleak and white, they could be made to be a bit more homely.

Size, comfort, balcony and view from it, plenty and easy car parking around. Fantastic fish shop near there and good pub cross the road
