A big disappointment, not to be repeated..

The breakfast was the only thing which was ok in that hotel. Super friendly staff. Helpfull. And the possibility to have breakfast till 12. A plus

The management was horrible. Only one thing on their mind: money money money. They wanted to charge 600 euro a night for extra! Seriously!!! The restaurant Nobu was a big disappointment. Dont understand how someone like Robert the Niro is willing to link his name to such stale food .

For the prices posted, this property does not live up to the standard. Poor customer service with broken amenities.

The view was the only nice thing about this property

I definitely will NOT recommend this hotel to anymore. My wife and I booked a one night stay in one of their high end suites and we were surprised how small the room was. We were greeted by a bad odor from the bathroom. Our bath robes had visible brown stains in them (I will attach pictures) and the lamps in our jacuzzi did not work. The handheld portion of the phone in our room did not work. The wall mounted TVs bracket was broken so we watched TV tilted at an awkward angle. The staff (specifically the lady at the front desk) was not very hospitable, every interaction we had with her felt like an argument. The breakfast food had very limited variety and the toast came out burnt on two occasions. Cocktail prices at the restaurant are overpriced and does not Our room bill came up a little over 950 with several hidden taxes.(Ofcourse front office lady got upset when we asked her to explain the taxes) and for this amount we got the worst experience in customer service.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff

The service, the breakfast, the standard of room and cleanliness of their entire place. Pool area was brilliant.

The drinks and pool menu was expensive and limited in choice.

Disappointing

Much better options for the price

Staff was not accommodating .only worried about getting your money. Room had hand sanitizer but no crme or soap. AC didnt work well and breakfast was not served until after 7:30 so anyone leaving early couldnt get even coffee. When asked for a glass of wine, we were told we had to pay for the bottle which we never asked for and when we asked if there was pizza we were rudely told this is an Asian restaurant
