Very good

Homely atmosphere in a quiet and cosy place close to town centre.

The location was excellent, only a 3min walk from the town centre. Liz the host is friendly and always available.

The landlady seems disappointed with my review but as far as I know it was a positive one, and I didn't complain about anything. 8 from me is a very good score.

Loved reliving my childhood by visiting Wells and attending the carnival.

Easy to walk to town. Our host was super friendly and there was parking. Breakfast was good even had Earl Grey tea.

Great location for the centre of Wells. ...15 minutes walk to town/5 minutes walk to Wetherspoons. Nice warm room. Great breakfast. Friendly host. Highly recommended
