Incredible room, service, food and atmosphere

The customer service was exceptional !! You are incredibly well looked after, and all members of staff go above and beyond. The quality of food was great and a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was pool and beach facing which made it really worthwhile. Love Nikki beach!

Having to pay 150eu for a bed by the pool when you have a room there.

OUTSTANDING!!!

The staff was AMAZING! I travel a lot and one should never underestimate the value of a good staff. Christina, Kalliopi and Antonia were all TOP notch and made my stay unforgettable. The breakfast was NEXT level with more options than I knew what to do with. I will be back! Thank you Nikki Beach!

The big surprise was from the staff, they upgraded our room to suit with a pool..... Furthermore; there is only one person that elevated my experience to the max, and that was Alex the swimming pool bartender. I hope the hotel management will appreciate Alex for his awesome work because he deserves it.

the staff at the restaurant and pool were attentive and friendly.

the room was large but the layout of the room was not cosy or well designed, the drinks were overpriced. the cab and car service through the hotel was very expensive and led to us cancelling a meal out as the price was 60 Euro now way for a 22 minute drive.
