The location and the price.

Some stuffs inside the studio were already broken or damaged like the cabinet and the small table inside the comfort room.

The view from the room was amazing, the location of the condo was pretty accessible and just within the city, the room was spacious and complete with everything.

-Netflix wasn't working -The elevator takes a reaaaaaally long time -The shower curtain was dirty -On top of the Booking.com rate + tax charges, we were asked for an additional cleaning fee when we arrived there (nothing was stated on the site and even the message the host sent that there is an additional cleaning fee, it would've been better if they informed guests that there is an additional fee).

Price not worth it. Disappointed.

Was able to checked in before 2 pm.

No broom, no small knife for can opener, no table to eat, a broken cabinet, and a slow internet connection. Also, they asked for an additional 150 pesos for the cleaning fee which doesn't make sense why would you run a staycation business if you are not responsible enough for the cleaning fee? We still clean though.

Worst customer service. We arrived before the check in time yet we waited for more than 1hr. The owner has no response at all. While inside the room there are damage like the chair has defects also the electric stove is not functioning and one of the staff said we have to wait to the other guest to check out so they could replace the electric stove and the defective chair but only the electric stove has been changed.

I honestly like the room but I paid an additional 150 for cleaning but lol the room was not that even clean. Plus the owner is not responsive.

Worst! Don't ever book this property if you expect to have the same room as posted. The room doesn't match the posted pictures, leading to a misrepresentation. We booked for a family of 3, but the room only have double bed. The payment listed on booking.com for 2 adults and 1 kid differs from the actual amount charged at the property. Essential amenities such as drinking water, soap, tissue, and dishwashing liquid are not provided. The staff's behavior was rude; despite our exhaustion, they allowed us to switch rooms, highlighting that the actual room was unattractive compared to the advertised image. Additionally, there was confusion about returning the room key during checkout, with the cleaning staff requesting to give the keys to them because they need to clean the room, I told them that I needed to take them pictures proof that I gave them the keys but they act rudely "nganu mi kawatan" they even said, when we are just following the reception desk's instructions, leading to an unpleasant experience. Pictures Attached: Attached are images of the room we had after expressing dissatisfaction with our initial accommodation. Following my complaint, they permitted us to change rooms; however, it's worth noting that the original room they initially assigned us was not particularly unattractive. *Linens appears as though the bedding and pillowcases has not been recently replaced.

Not bad but not good.

I like it since it was located near the city. Very accessible to all spots in cebu.

Honestly, this is my second stay at Nicas Place but it was not that great experience as my first. There were no specific dining table at the room, we used the sofa beside the window as our table when eating, some of the cooking utensils are not also in the unit. And the wifi is very slow, I was not able to work since my PC cant connect to it.
