Staff lovely hotel a bit tired!!

Staff were very friendly

The cost per night for a room with pull out bed was 325 was was very expensive for a hotel that was very tired and needs upgrading so didnt think it was quite a 4 star hotel

Very spacious hotel and room with good breakfast and business centre

The large spaces all over the hotel and very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was very rich, wide selection of food and beverages.

The hotel is located some distance from the very centre (old town). But by taxi is not an issue.

Disappointing

No sleep because of noise from the shutters on the windows

The shutters outside the window rattled most of the evenings when I tried to sleep. I only got a few hours of sleep each night because of the noise from the shutters rattling! The main purpose of a hotel is to get sleep! I tried many times to call reception and they did not answer!
