The location was perfect, spacious and well-equipped. The hosts left us to our own devices but were extremely helpful and friendly when we saw them. Would not hesitate to visit again at any time of the year.

Good position & property Poor owner communication

Really liked the property and situation, but be warned it is very secluded with no internet and my phone said emergency calls only. Plenty of room for 2, good heating, shower worked well

The property was let down by the fact the oven didnt work properly, and amazed to hear that this problem had already been reported, but we were not told. Bathroom sink didnt empty properly. No basic spatula type implement which would have helped with putting out food. Didnt find it easy to raise the owners

Perfect cottage in a great location for that quiet break away from the bustle of the city.

The cottage is spacious with all the facilities you need. The location is quiet and ideal for a relaxing break, but your still close to all local amenities. The cottage is warm and cosy, clean and very well maintained with a log burner if you need extra warmth. The landlords are close by and willing to help and advise. It was perfect.

Perfect hideaway!

Perfect little hide away in a good location. Property is very private and youre hidden away from any noisy main roads. Owners are very respectful of your privacy and leave you too your own devices and extremely welcoming and helpful on arrival. There was a perfect car park spot just for us, and plenty of room for a hefty size motor. The garden area was perfect for night time food and drinks, with a added heater that kept you lovely and cosy. Quirky little seating areas inside of greenhouse for a cup of tea on colder evenings. The property was clean and tidy and general supplies were left for us to use. Towels being provided was perfect, so we didnt need to pack any ourselves. Owners even left us some milk to use. Overall, we had perfect little week here and felt very safe and secure. Thank you so much! Wed happily come back again.

More toilet roll being provided would have been great as one roll wasnt enough for the two of us for 5 days and more kitchen utensils, such as fish slice. And shower oddly got slightly cold later on a night, if we got in late from a long day. These are really tiny nit picky things, the property was overall fantastic and we would come back again! :)

A quiet, comfortable, no frills space ideal for couples exploring a stunning part of Cornwall.

1. Quiet, sheltered location surrounded by mature gardens. 2. Perfect location for exploring key tourist locations. Plenty to do within 30 minute drive. 3. Key amenities in Newlyn and Penzance within 5-10min drive.

The facilities are a little basic / dated, presumably as a result of the Covid pandemic and a moderate amount of investment would be beneficial.

Lovely place to stay, would recommend :)

Lovely property nestled away in private quiet location. Nice high open celling in open plan living area, light and airy. Warm, cozy bedroom. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. Open roofed area to use outside with BBQ facilities and surrounded by gardens. Good location, easy to reach places to visit. Property is easy to find down a side road off the main road.

The bathroom is a wet room, nicely done and for size of property can see why it is a wet room, when showering toilet does get wet and couldn't take clothes in there for changing, however not a major issue as bedroom adjacent to bathroom. The bed in bedroom has a bar at the end of the bed, not an issue for me but my husband is taller and could feel it when sleeping if had his leg straight. Other than that it is a lovely property to stay in!
