Best place to stay!!

This is my 2nd time staying here and it was just as great as last time!! Super close to bourbon and not to bad of a walk from the river!

Not so delightful

Good location.Spacious, comfortable. Good shower

1) Maintenance is apparently not a priority. Leak under master sink had obviously been there a while, black sludge and water. No response to message reporting it. Two of three lightbulbs in master bath burned out, No response. AC in friend's unit there went kaput, filter was so clogged motor burned out. 2) SPARTAN springs to mind. No bathroom soap. No dish/dishwasher soap. No sponge /dishcloth or dish towel. No tissues. Not expecting a lifetime supply, but seriously. C'mon, man, 3) Communication not great. Only response to messages appeared to be automated on check in / check out. Take out the trash: ok, where? What to do with keys?

Beautiful and clean

The apartment was beautiful and spacious and we were right in the heart of the French Quarter. Gerald was always available to us.

The two smaller mattresses were not as comfy as the master.

The property was well maintained and right in the heart of the French Quarter.

Price was a bit steep for the stay. For the price charged, the property should have included a parking pass for the property's garage. Instead it was a separate cash charge upon arrival.
