Comfortable modern apartment in a fabulous convenient location.

This is a great little apartment in a fabulous location. Comfortable, quiet, very clean, modern. Good supply of glasses, crockery etc. Bottled water & milk in the fridge. 2 parking spots very welcome. Nice outdoor sitting area. Would definitely stay again.

Only a small quibble as the apartment is great, but an extra lounge chair would be fabulous. There is only comfortable relaxed seating for 3 which is a bit annoying when 4 adults are staying. A small tub chair next to the lounge would have been very welcome.

Good apartment in a great location with slightly difficult parking arrangements.

Great quiet location within walking distance of lots of shops and eateries.

Getting in and out of the underground parking was a bit difficult. Didn't realise that I needed to push the buttons on the fob to open the car park door. I was expecting it to have an RFID reader to swipe. Once you were in the car park itself it was not very well sign-posted and I found it quite difficult to find my car spot. The car-park complex was not well laid-out in my view and struggled to cope with modern size cars. Check-out procedure was also quite complicated and meant I had to find a park for my car on the street and then go back into the apartment to leave the key. Couldn't some kind of key drop-off box be set up?

The apartment is lovely, clean & comfortable in a great location, but needs an actual printed instruction manual

The property was very nice, comfortable & clean. Location was excellent.

No instruction manual. Was told it was on Air BnB, however I booked through booking.com and couldnt find the property on air BnB & therefore didnt know where to dispose of the rubbish. Couldnt connect to Netflix had to use our own account. No welcome gift as stated on booking (which isnt a problem except the accommodation was expensive). Communication was confusing regarding the car parking.

Our stay was really pleasant. The unit is very clean and have enough room for everyone.

The place is centrally located and a stones throw away from restaurants, shops and attractions. There was no hassle in getting to the carpark and unit. thanks to good instructions and comms from the host.

Our phones did not work in the apartment and we had to be in verandah to get some signal. Not a big deal as it gave us more time to visit without the distractions from phone calls.

Facilities fully lived up to expectations

There is only one key which serves for the garage entry, building entry, lift access and door entry. This is very inconvenient if there are more than one in the group doing different activities. It is important for the driver to be aware of the instructions for finding the car parking space. The places are not marked sequentially. If it were not for these two quibbles the accommodation was worth a full 10 score.
