The location was great.

The bathroom, particularly the shower was not clean. There was a lot of mold.

Well appointed room in an awesome location

Not only were the Managers friendly and responsive but the room was well appointed for a couple. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with beautiful rain head as well as being fitted out with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had a Ceasar stone benchtop, convection microwave oven, stovetop and dishwasher. The lounges and bed were very comfortable and the balcony overlooked the spa and pool area. The location was within walking distance to everything.

It was sad to see the restaurant empty Perhaps the management could consider offering breakfast to the guests and build up slowly from there

Great location was about the only real positive

Great location. Pool was a bonus although was very deep so no good for small children. Great comfy main bed. Really appreciated having laundry facilities

The apartment was very dated and in need of an upgrade and a proper clean. We paid for an apartment so we could cook as we were there for 2 weeks but the warnings about setting off fire alarms and $1400 fine was very off putting. There were the same warnings for showers - very poor ventilation meant steam from the shower could set off the fire alarm. However nailed down blinds preventing us from opening windows was not helpful. Bits of metal sticking out from the pile in the carpet was one of many challenges! Given the cost per night we expected more or at least something cleaner - mould on fan blades was off putting

Fine but should have been better. We stay at Nautilus every time we go to Mooloolaba

The pool and spa was lovely as always

Gym needs an overhaul and was really smelly in there. The main bedroom had mold in it and my husband struggled to breath the entire trip which made the trip unpleasant. We always stay at Nautilus when in Mooloolaba however this time was not pleasant and we have another week booked from 4-9 Jan 2024 which is making us anxious.

Great location walk everywhere, and we made the best of 4 days.

Place was tired and needed updating, curtains are held up by nails in the rail one came loose, bathroom rail was old and loose, cobwebs and dust on the ceiling in corners and air-conditioning didn't reach the rooms which made it hot to sleep. The pool was nice but small for the number of people swimming sometimes. They have cooking facilities but warn you at checkin. Be careful when you cook. The smoke alarms are sensitive. fire department were called someone obviously cooked and had too much smoke. They know its a problem but don't seem to fix it. I enjoyed the stay in the area but the amount of money paid in the holidays didn't meet a good standard.

Resort In a great position with a great lagoon pool, management are wonderful

Resort is managed very well staff were very pleasant and the resort facilities, loby and lifts were perfect

The room is very dated. Bed is comfortable and slept well, kitchen is nice and clean and functional. Couch not comfortable and floor tiles very dated and stained. So glad there was carpet in the bedroom

Very good

Location is key for a fabulous holiday.

Location was perfect for our young family. 1 min walk to either beach or surf club. Pool and spa are clean and enjoyable to use. The managers were friendly and helpful.

Apartment was dated however clean.
