    The home was conveniently located near all of our booked activities. We were barely at the cottage but to sleep. That's a plus.
    The address instructed us to arrive to bldg 69 which we thought was our reserved unit as we saw stairs and private pool in pictures before booking. Assuming we were in a full two story home, we were wrong. We called multiple numbers before finally getting in contact with property manager who informed us we were outside of the wrong unit. Which had a completely different address and was not two story (was but we didn't have access to top). We booked a 2 bedroom 1bath or so we thought. Once inside the place was cozy but immediately after using the restroom my daughter washed her hands and the sink was clogged and would not drain. It had this black substance in it. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink or spit out in the toilet. My child had an accident in the bed and we went to remove the water proof sheet to wash and the mattress was completely soiled with multiple pee or whatever stains. It was disgusting. Who knows what was underneath all other bed covers. Those need to be replaced.

    Roaches. Places was not clean. Stains on the sheets. Floors not clean. Vents were gross. Roaches were coming out of the outlets. Water pressure was poor. Not hot water in the kitchen.

    Loved being so close to the ocean. Best sand beach ever!
    I didnt make it for breakfast but I heard it was a good breakfast.
    We had problems with our code to get into the room, struggled with that on the phone with someone for about an hour. He was suppose to call back but didnt. We left to eat. Tried again The employee gave us a new # that worked. A little disappointed because we feel like we missed a whole day. The last day we called to see if we could check out at 2:00. Was told a firm no. Another day on the beach missed.

    Cottage was pretty clean . And had space to move around in .
    cottage was separate so only one family below us . Short walk to the beach .
    There was 6 towels and 3 hand towels 3 washcloths . we reserved 7 days for 4 people . there were no dressers in bedroom or in living room since the sofa listed as bed area . No place to put clothes in little closet in bedroom it was full of sweepers and mop and broom . pool was not heated . Smokers outside under us on balcony and 2 cottages down . Rental agreement said no smoking on premises inside or out . No place to put your food in kitchen it was stuffed full of dishes and appliances . The bunk bed area is not safe in my opinion . The rail at the top was like a shower curtain rod and pops off .

    The unit was being renovated but they still rented it. The siding was on the ground, the awning was on the front yard, and the workers were loudly using power tools. I was angry. I got moved to Crystal Sands, where I was very happy with my accommodations.

    Where it was located and reasonably priced for the location.
