Great location with great benefits!

The location, the pricing, the cleanliness, and all of the staff were amazing.

There wasnt a hair dryer or fruit basket upon arrival like the description said there was.

Great hotel with excellent staff (waiters/waitresses; cleaners; reception) - pity about the taxi.

The suite was spacious and included a verandah with hot tub.

The 70 charge for the lift back to the airport was more than double the normal price. This effectively rendered the so-called free taxi from the airport to the hotel nul and void.

Underwhelming and below expectations for Santorini

Modern and clean. Pool was nice however gets very windy

No shower pressure. Room wasnt cleaned properly on one day- no toilet paper, body wash or soap was replaced and we had run out, had to replenish ourselves. Wanted to go for a morning workout but the staff had accidentally locked the door, so woke up early for nothing just waiting for reception to arrive. Breakfast not being a buffet was very restrictive - you need to preselect meal and time of delivery the day before and you are only able to select a certain amount of options from the menu. They also often forgot to deliver items ordered. When we brought up these issues, the staff did help but never once apologised for the inconvenience.

Visited for a wedding - the pool view room we had was great. Lovely pool area, nice and quiet.

Very nice breakfast - delivered on time every morning Staff all very helpful Nice pool area, would certainly return

Beautiful place, but wouldn`t stay there again.

Beautiful pool, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

Uppon arrival the reception started talking to us about the island and attractions that the hotel could book for us. We were tired and had an appointment so we just wanted to go to our room. The hotel was also far from Oia center and the transfer didn`t work so well.

We were comfortable, well fed and experienced the best of Santorini.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged a private driver to show us the island. We picked what we wanted to do and see at our own pace. It was perfect. The restaurant food was great.

It was a bit pricey and not walkable to local attractions.

Excellent

Perfect place to stay in Oia if you are looking for a break away from the crowd. Excellent offering and although one could argue the check-in was lengthy, Loukas spent the necessary time with everyone to tell them what are the highlights he recommends and sell well the different options the hotel has to offer.

hard to find a negative point or a point to improve. The experience was seamless, the moment you highlight a problem they react almost immediately.
