Disappointed

Only one lady from the reception and the bartenders are nice, the other workers are rude and disrespectful.

Disrespectful crew, a lot of technical problems, no phone to ring when you need help. Need to wait sometimes half day so someone will arrive to fix problem, receptionists telling that this is your problem and just walk away. changing sheets only once in a while. Not recommended!

Good and comfortable

Location was safe and very convenient to Old Town and Karlov Bridge. It was walking distance to all we wanted but a little off the main square so it was nice and quiet. Our room was huge (2 rooms, sitting room and bedroom) and had a very comfortable bed. There was a little balcony to step out to. We liked this hotel.

Breakfast is not that great. It is serviced by the bar next door and they are not a restaurant. One of the mornings all the hot food was cold, the sternos were off. Another morning, the coffee machine was not working so no coffee at all. Other mornings when coffee machine was working, they brought you a small cup and you had to wait again if you wanted another cup. The rest of the breakfast was completely self serve, fruit, sterno eggs and bacon, cheese and a roll but the coffee you had to wait to be served. Personally I prefer to have access to self serve coffee over self service food.

Great location and excellent staff. The draft beer at the bar was cheap and good as well

We were in a room that smelled like someone smoked in there. Staff was able to give us another room the next day.

Unbeatable location, clean and friendly

The location is unbeatable. We used the public transport twice during our entire stay because everything was walking distance. Room is huge, actually fit for a family of 4 (there is a living room with a sofa bed). Breakfast is quite good with a good variety. Bathroom is fantastic, big and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Some cutlery in the kitchenette would be nice. No big deal though. You may hear some loud people walking past due to the central location but it didn't disturb us much.

Unforgettable stay in old and beautiful Prague.

Very comfortable hotel right in the heart of the old center of Praha 1. The breakfast was delicious, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is very helpful.

Lovely property close to the Old Town Square. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Very clean and lots of little extras you might need, like a home from home really! Well stocked mini bar, great choice at breakfast for everyone.

The Hotel Mysterious was in a good, quiet location with dining options nearby.

We did not purchase breakfast. The location was perfect for the Christmas markets. It was in a quiet location. Dining options nearby. The room was spacious.

We could not control the room temperature.

Great Location Great Staff...home away from home

The staff were all lovely especially Ira. She was so welcoming and helpful. It was raining the first morning and she kindly let me borrow her umbrella for the day. She was very kind and provided lots of recommendations

I liked everything I have one suggestion that would make this property 11/10...maybe put in some washers and dryers for guests that would be excellent. However this place is great and I highly recommend. Would definitely come back.
