I didnt like the fact coffee tea refills in the room have to be paid. Havent experienced this in any hotel in the world.

This is not about me but I feel really bad for the front desk who have to stand all the time. Why cant you give them high chairs to sit on? They can have permanent leg and feet health issues. Im surprised that the owners didnt think of it.

The location is very good, the facilities are very nice. The liquid soap, shampoo and shower gels are from Rituals, love the smell! The breakfast is good too

Central 3 Nights

Very central. Big clean room on 6th floor with lovely castle view. Staff very polite. Reasonably priced. Did not have breakfast.

Room was hot - air con did not cool. Lack of bar. Noisy road outside well blocked out when windows closed, but then hotter. Coat hooks on walls or doors would be useful. 2 lifts to get to the 6th floor. The 2nd one would not take 2 people almost half the weight of the 300kg limit. Coffee and paper cups only provided on night one.

Three star hotel with five star service.

Right from the start there was communication that helped with my arrival. The staff at check-in were friendly, warm and genuinely interested in providing the best travel tips for the city. All questions were answered without any hesitation and a big shout out for the excellent housekeeping.
