Good

The location is very central and every night u have a pretty cool night-market in front of the hotel. Also night-live with many bars are approx. 3min by walk. Nevertheless, the rooms are mostly quiet and we had no problems to sleep well in our room. There is the possibility to rent scooters for good price at the reception. Breakfast is also good and some daily food-variations are offered.

The beach was very crowded. The 2 small pools on the rooftop are not very special.

Very good

Located really just 7 minutes by foot from the beach. However, its also in the middle of the partying area (literally, you step out of the hotel and there are loud music, food courts and bars). All markets, shops and etc are super close, can find everything just in 5-10 min. Quite easy to find a taxi in this area

The smell of food (really strong) qreaches the room (from the outside) (its on the 2nd floor). I had a balcony room and the view was for the road and Ozo pick up point (where everyone is waiting for a taxi. So as you understand, I had the curtains closed for the whole stay.

Great stay!

Comfortable room Excellent location - steps away from the Kata market & a few mins walk to the beach. Central location, easy to commute to any other part of Phuket Helpful staff Very clean & well maintained Rooftop pool is a nice place to relax

Keep in mind the building doesnt have an elevator - I dont remember seeing this when I booked but I also wasnt checking specifically.
