    Very clean, enough space for a family of 4. Separate bathrooms are a bonus. Lovely seating and kitchen area. Everything we needed. Location literally 15mins drive to York.

    Excellent stay, would definitely rebook.
    Very modern, spacious and accommodating. Would definitely rebook.
    The shower pressure was very low however we were still able to use it, so not the end of the world. The oven also didnt seem to get warm, that couldve been user error.

    Property was good and very clean . On duty manger Ben was really helpful and came to property as soon as we needed help .
    We booked property for 8 adults but there was only 1 toilets in the property.

    A good place from which to explore but not quite what I expected comfort wise.
    Location good for us, also the hot tub.
    Very Spartan and clinical. No comforts. A washable rug and a couple of cushions would have made a difference. Slept on bed settee first night (so children could have own rooms). Broken arm not conducive to sleep . No hairdryer.

    Large property, everything you could think of was available; cleaning products, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, milk etc. We had a small issue with the toilet not flushing and this was seen to within minutes of staff being alerted, we were quickly offered an alternative property for the remainder of our stay
