Check in desk staff not too friendly. pretty good value. very clean. good fridge and microwave. comfortable beds. good heating (outside temp was 2 F)
Breakfast is really weak. Wifi connects and 10 seconds later disconnects. Paid for a room for four and got 2 cups of in room coffee for 3 days. Fireplace is a can of sterno. Bath gel/shampoo/conditioner are low quality.

Nice stay at Estes Park
Nice location walking distance to a nice restaurant. The property offer nice rooms with fridges and kettle for hot drinks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I recommend the place
There are two properties which is a bit confusing as we thought we booked the one near the river (close to downtown)

It was such a nice stay. Quiet, clean, and so comfortable. We loved that we had our own yard with a fence for our dog too.

Breakfast was decent . Although not many options. No cereals, hash browns, eggs etc. it was not continental.
There was sudden sounds like something was hitting the room in the middle of the night which disturbed our sleep. Felt a bit scary about the shuddering sound.

The staff was very kind and he kept on following and helping us to get the hotel. Hotel rooms was good and its quite enough for our stay.
Morning breakfast does not have more options, It could have been better. They have only bread and cup cakes..
