Dreamy! The best house we have ever stayed in!

We did not end up staying at mulberry villa, but stayed in another villa that the host organised. It was EXCELTIONAL!!! Views of the sunset and caldera with a rooftop terrace and spa. Simply breathtaking. The host went above and beyond!

Family of 5 loved our stay at Mulberry Villa!

What a place this is! We stayed here as a family of 5 with three children ages 6, 7, & 9 years old. The location was absolutely perfect, minutes away from Oa, but with enough space to enjoy the Well-known sunsets off the caldera cliffs from the comfort & peace of our own patio. Maria and Christina were so very gracious and knowledgeable and recommended fabulous places to dine and explore while in Santorini. Enjoy all the comforts of home - with one of the best private locations available! We simply cannot recommend Mulberry Villa enough!!

everything was wonderful. if in the future a pool was put in, this would send it over the top! tranquil and lovely.

Overall, the stay was ok.

nice decor, good air conditioning, good quality toiletries, helpful staff, therere many nice corners in the garden for photo-taking, very nice sunset view from the apartment the washing machine was broken but the staff was willing to help us do the laundry

poor drainage, no hot water on the last two days of our stay, no daily housekeeping, the apartment is not highly accessible

More spacious than expected, beautiful property and lovely outside seating area. Very helpful host. Easy to collect keys. Great facilities including washing machine for clothes and lovely two bathrooms. Good wifi connection. Beautiful view of ocean and village.

Location couldve been better- would stay in Oia or Fira or somewhere in the south of the island next time to be closer to restaurants, beaches, etc. Could have had better kitchen equipment- maybe some chopping knives, a chopping board, grater and microwave.

The host was super helpful and arranged rides for us to / from the airport, one of them on extremely short notice! She also gave us lots of tips on local stuff. It is a short walking distance (through picturesque narrow lanes) from a mini-mart (great people!) and a couple of restaurants. The sunsets visible from the patio are magical and given that we got the whole compound (with a key to the outside door), the place is super-private. Having some groceries / coffee pods and a Nespresso machine made our mornings on the patio looking out over the ocean great, and the loukoumas from the local mini-mart helped. There are several larger grocery stores only a few minutes walk along the main road towards Oia (which is the main tourist attraction in Santorini with picture-postcard views). We also enjoyed the sweet mulberries directly from the tree in the yard. Overall, we had an excellent & relaxing stay!

At the Finikia bus stop, the buses only go one way (to Oia), so the only option is a 20-minute walk back from Oia along the main road (no sidewalks). And in the peak hours, the buses to Oia may not stop at Finikia since they are already too full. But we had no problem walking as there were always tons of people around.

WONDERFUL property OUTSTANDING customer service from the property manager

All time favorite accommodation!!! This property was just on the outer edge of Oia. It was close to town but the privacy and view was second to none!!! We enjoyed every morning as we viewed the Mediterranean from our quiet patio. The house was very clean and fresh. Christina went above and beyond for us when one persons luggage did not make it on our plane.

There was nothing we didnt like but just be aware it does require some steps on uneven terrain to get to the property.
