Very good

Beautiful property.

The house was beautiful, very clean, very well decorated and furnished. It was in a nice location, nice private garden, 5 minute walk away from the centre and also a quick walk to supermarket and pubs. The owner was very easy to reach when we had an issue and did try and sort it out as soon as possoble.

The only thing I would say for future guests would be that there wasnt really anywhere to put clothing for more than a day or 2 so we were living out of our cases. We did have a leaky shower also but that was just something that happened and the owner tried to get that sorted out asap she had someone call round within the hour.Also there didnt appear to be any chemicals to clean the water in the hot tub, which I would have liked to have been as we were there for 3 days, but im sure if requested the owner may leave this for future guests.

If your looking for a romantic get away, just want to relax and chill in a beautiful property do it.

Everything , the property is excellent.amazing standards, decor is awesome. All bedrooms finished to the highest standards. My wife fell in love with the copper bath and we will 100% book again . See you soon ;)

MIXED BAG but cottage is lovely

Mulberry House

Dust on lamps over kitchen island. Immediate kick out of property at check out time. Tvs in upstairs bedroom's did not have WiFi connection. Tv in sitting room lost netflix connection due to multiple logins. Parking is a nightmare

Finished to a very high standard, beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. Great location. We will defaintly be booking here again.

Very good

Had a lovely long weekend away and would definitely stay again

Beautifully decorated and furnished, modern but keeping character. We had everything we needed, the beds and sofas were comfy, the kids loved the hot tub and we all loved the bath! Everything was clean and kept to a high standard, lots of nice finishing touches! We travelled to a few beautiful places near by including the coast and Alnwick castle. Visited 3 local restaurants, all within walking distance and found via google and they were all amazing.

Parking was a little stressful but we luckily got parked every day using the pass. We have two young children (one with additional needs) and the stone stairs terrified me! The lay out of the landing and steps means that if you forget there is a step on the landing then its easy to fall and very close to the stairs. Also no handrail. I made the kids go down on their bums as I was paranoid they would fall. Noisy neighbours 2 out of 3 nights as cottages either side are also holiday lets and often heard loud music and shouting well into the night.

Brilliant location

Location was amazing and the property was lovely inside and bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy and very close to the cottage.

TV in the bedroom very slow to do anything which was disappointing and only seemed to work on Amazon Prime. It was a nice day but the very poor condition of the cushions on the outdoor furniture meant we couldnt sit anywhere outside. Bring hand soap as unfortunately none is provided only some hand sanitising gel.

Amazing , refreshing and would definitely stay there again .

It was beautifully situated . Everything had been freshly renovated . Some very good ideas on interior decoration . Loved the bath . Lovey cottage

Busy main road , parking was a lottery . Although we Did have a Guest permit and to be honest we managed to park okay over the 2 Days We Were There .

Superb

Beautiful property close to town centre

The house was easy to locate and just a short walk to the shops. It's beautifully decorated with huge comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen opening up to the garden with a lovely hot tub. We enjoyed the outdoor space and found all the beds to be super comfy! I'd definitely recommend and I am sure we'll be back.

There is no allocated parking space but you do get an M5 residents pass so you can park down the street for free if there is a space.

Stunning property. The interior design was beautiful. Everything there you could possibly want. Short 5 min walk into town with lovely restaurants. Communication excellent with the owner
