an overnight stay

free airport shuttle, a variety of food at breakfast which is open at 6 am. Due to its proximity to the airport, this hotel is perfect if you have to catch an early flight.

breakfast - we arrived at the breakfast room at 6 am, but not all the food are available. We were told that bread would be out in 20 minutes, but by the time we left at around 6:30, the bread was still not available.

1. Excellent variety for breakfast. One of the 2 receptionists apologized for the erroneous message about checkin, received from the hotel. 2. Shuttle bus driver, was helpful, and attentiveexcellent service and VERY close to the airport.

1. A helper at check-in did not listen to our protest about the erroneous message sent to us indicating Colombians residing abroad do not pay IVA tax. 2. Reception promised a staff person would come to the room to fix an outlet; no one ever came. 3. At breakfast, the omelettes were not warm and were so hard and dried out, that we had to order 2 plates of scrambled eggs and only one plate arrived. 4. Coffee was not hot, getting a refill was very difficult, staff were not attentive at breakfast.

Convenient location next to the airport with free shuttle

Location, 5 min from the airport. Breakfast was good too. Free shuttle service.

Check-in experience was not great. The room was not quiet, you could hear everything from the rooms next to each other. The bead was not as comfy as expected, the pillows where terrible.
