No hot water in the shower for the whole stay

No hot water the the shower throughout the whole stay. Vacasa staff is completely incompetent: their text message support keeps asking stupid questions like how many handles does the shower have. Took them two days (and a call to a supervisor) to send a maintenance person who could only say: "indeed, an actual plumber needs to look at this" and no further communication. Atrocious! Avoid at all costs.

The view of the ski runs and locations to restaurants was perfect.

We didn't eat breakfast there.

Overall a positive experience.

Perfect location to Main Street or chairlift for skiers both a short walk.The balcony with a screen door was a big plus as it allowed fresh air into the non AC unit. I wish the window could have opened more. A fan was provided.

After a couple minutes the shower would turn from hot to cold suddenly on its own. The toilet at times took a long time to refill the tank and you could hear water trickling. If wed have stayed longer wes have had someone look at these.

For what we paid, couldnt the toilet paper be better? It was the worst of the worst.

Beautiful place to stay if they change management company.

Loved the property. Beautiful condo in a beautiful area.

The managment (Vacasa) was horrible. Did not respond to emails or phone calls. Refused requests for fresh linens (it was a 27 day stay). Ignored request for more toilet paper and kleenex. Very difficult to deal with.
