Very good

amazing value for money

spacious, well decorated, warm and quiet rooms. the staff were angels throughout our whole stay - always so friendly, welcoming and happy to help. the luggage storage and flexibility of checkout is so helpful.

there arent mini fridges in the rooms - this isnt a complaint!! just something to note as we usually book rooms that have mini fridges.

Nice and central to everything

Squeeky floor boards. Pretty noisy as you could here everything in the corridor.Poor lighting. Nowhere to sit and do hair and makeup .

Very Good Value for Money, Lovely Stay!

Staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful, rooms were a good size and very clean. The bar area is lovely and an amazing espresso martini!

The room we had was next to what I assume was a cleaning cupboard, the door kept banging loudly. This was right next to our heads in bed and was quite frequent.

Great Stay

Great location in City centre near bars, restaurants and places of interest. Hotel very smart inside in bar seating areas. Although too cold the beer garden/terrace would be lovely in the summer. Modern rooms and high quality.

Nothing really, only one big towel, but we were only there for one night so not worth making a fuss.

Great place to stay, very local to many places. Lovely and quiet.

The room was immaculate, not a spec of dust anywhere. Staff were lovely, easy check in and check out. Loved that there was a safety feature of needing your key card to get into the hotel after 11pm

Breakfast could improve, maybe have a better variety, add hot food e.g full English.

Book it!! You wont get a more central stay at a decent hotel for a better price.

Excellent location and staff were great, particularly Presley who looked very smart in his bow tie! I lost something really precious during my stay and didnt realise until the following day. The housekeeping team had kept it to one side for me. I am absolutely delighted with their honesty and the whole stay was great from start to finish.
