Great location, stunning views from the balcony on the roof, but most of all - BRILLIANT EMPLOYEES! I traveled on crutches and they were beyond great. Friendly, funny, in an exceptional way helpful (carried all of my stuff in and out of the room and the taxi by arrival and leaving). Great atmosphere in general, great breakfast, very comfy bed and everything new and up to a high standard!

It's a clean, modern hotel in a fantastic location.

The breakfast was generous and fresh. The rooms were small (I booked a double so I'd have a bit more room), but well-designed with every square centimeter put to good use. I could walk to everything - 10 minutes to the train station, two minutes to the trams, five minutes to the beautiful historical city center.

This is just a personal preference, but the pillows were so very firm and fat that I couldn't use them: my chin rested on my chest. I also find duvets very, very warm so I slept under just the duvet cover, a bit thin for October. Most people would have no problem, though.

The friendliness from staffs, great room and location

the last time i stayed, my door was 2 times knocked from the staff because she wanted to clean the room and it was around 11 pm, so far i know i can check out till 12 pm
