Would stay again if the price was right.

The room was clean and the TV options were good. The linens and towels were in good supply. The facility was able to meet my request for a first floor room.

There were no cups in the room for either hot or cold drinks. The coffee bar did not always have hot water or hot coffee available. It was a bit off-putting that the breakfast selections were on the check in desk and not at the coffee table. It felt like we were being scrutinized for our selections.

Okay for one quick night in Santa Fe

Easy and free parking, not too far from the city center and just behind the nice station area. Clean place and good price.

Facility was quite old and maintanance could have been improved. Also some the coffee beverage offer was strongly improvable.

-Perfect price comparing to other places -real close to historical parts of the city -easy and fast check-in/check out process

-close the road, not so noisy though -small room, its floor plan could be more comfortable

Superb

Excellent location

Friendly host at the reception. Location very central, next to restaurants, bars and shops. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but a spacious and clean room.

Do not expect everyone to be honest who works for you...

I moved to first floor forgot my 2 chargers in previous room. Asked office to see if it was there.i had to wait till next day then the office person could not make up there mind if it was occupied or not...I finally found out it was not. I got one of my chargers back even though they both were together. It was obvious someone there keep the other one.. something that should have been taken care of right away had to many excuses and delays ..making it obvious when the room was cleaned my items disappeared.....
