great stay, brilliant location and house

property was in a great location and beautifully furnished, lots of space and great appliances.

The upstairs bathroom needs to be cleaner, the shower heads are very blocked.

Perfect

Excellent location. Easy to check in. Very clean and lovely welcome bottle of sparkling when we arrived. Great lounge and dinning area. Great kitchen - fully equipped. Rooms were great - the smaller bed is short but very comfortable. If you are over 5ft you need to sleep at an angle. Very quiet area. Parking is easy.

Lovely, clean, homely well equipped property in the heart of Brighton with bonus of a parking space!

Very homely and clean property, nice touches like the coffee machine and welcome bottle of wine. Great that its got a decent sized parking space tucked away behind the house, such a bonus and being so centrally located in Brighton. Helpful management company team, would definitely stay again.

It wasnt a problem for us as we werent planning to use it, however bedroom 3 and the bed is small.

We loved our stay and the property and such a reaswonable price.

Perfect house in a great location. Everything you need and more in this property. Very welcome added extras Pods for the Nespresso coffee maker, bottle of Prosecco, Tea, Coffee, sugar, various condiments. Lovely towels I could go on.

There was nothing not too like. Location was great and access very easy even with my mum who is in a wheelchair. Would highly recommend this property if I come that way again. Parking was such a bonus.

lovely stay and a lovely little news house with parking in a fab location

Location was brilliant with the added bonus of the parking, simply but tastefully decorated and the helpline when called, was very extremely helpful and reactive.

The second bedroom had very limited electrical sockets and the what was there were difficult to get access to. The main bedroom mirror was in an odd/difficult position to actually use it as it was by the bed when this would be more useful in the second bedroom and a more useable one by the dressing table in the main bedroom would make much more sense! The back garden gate was off its hinges!

Superb

An excellent, pleasant stay!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. It was more than spacious enough for 3 adults and a little one; well equipped and in an excellent location. The free parking space was a huge plus too. The single room and bed is on the smaller side but it worked in our favour for our 3 year old daughter. The property team were super responsive in the lead up to our stay and also quite late one evening whilst we were there. We would definitely stay in the property again!

The bathroom water system is a bit noisy as other reviews have mentioned but it wasnt something that bothered us particularly.

Very good

Generally very pleased and would stay there again.

Clean and modern. Everything we needed. Good location. Close to centre of Brighton. Fairly quiet at night. Lots of information.

We were 3 adults needing 3 bedrooms. One bed was a bit small. Shower (over bath) a bit cramped. Kept getting emails wanting information that I had given.
