It was okay. Frank at the front desk contributed greatly to our overall satisfaction.

Did not have breakfast this time... Last stay we had wonderful meals at a fair price... The person (Frank) at the front desk was so very friendly, hospitable, and very-very helpful. This guy has a great personality, listens carefully, and makes sincere efforts to flat-out help!

A very noisy heating-cooling system. When this devil "kicked-on", it was louder than a Navy Reveille... When you first arrive, you get the sense of "under construction, oh no)".... Apologies are always helpful to guests when it is apparent that some consequential repairs/improvements are in progress.

Slightly tolerable do to the temperature of the room

I like the location and that the staff accommodated my request

The room was freezing cold when I entered with the a/c set at 70 degrees .There was no way to turn the heat on and I was always very cold when in my room.Not everyone likes being in a 65 degree room and that in itself was very uncomfortable

1 booked a king size room, they gave me a handicap room. I was very upset with no microwave. She offered me free breakfast in exchange for a $200 room. Unacceptable. I arrived at breakfast et 9:25 the breakfast was cold and they didnt replenish it . Cold sausage grits and eggs. I was embarrassed for other guest

It was not worth what I paid.

No vent in bathroom, no microwave, very small fridge, echoes too much needs carpet. No facial tissue, shower soaps weren't refilled.

Nice place but definitely need to exterminate because they have roach Infestation.
