Not great. loud and falling apart. Small room. Would choose another place if possible.

the hotel is very old and the maintenance shows that they haven't kept up. Old boys club and feels like it. Black staff don't seem to be treated well.

the foyer christmas set up was beautiful.

Location near downtown, comfortable room, great historic building.

Acoustic isolation is bad, if you have neighbors you may hear them (and vice versa).

Satisfied my last minute needs perfectly.

Location to dome = same parking lot!!! PERFECT!!

Little older and no ac. But the weather was cooler and able to raise window and ceiling fan help mitigate.

Very nice place, friendly staff

Staff were extremely polite. Everyone we came into contact with greeted us.

Dress code. Was not aware of it when booking room. The pull out sofa bed was dirty. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Air condition in the building is a constant air stream which can only be turned off in the rooms by blinds; still loud air flow the whole night. No possibility to use sporting complex

Great location, great hotel and across the street from our concert venue the DOME!

Its old school and the interior and rooms are beautiful. Easy access and low cost parking. Staff were excellent and like the no tipping rule. Great food and drinks.
