The Miramor Hotel & Spa is a large hotel with varying room conditions. Some rooms may be good or bad, noisy or quiet, and outdated. The staff is helpful but overwhelmed. The hotel caters mostly to Ru (Read More)ssian nationals, which may lead to communication issues. The WiFi strength varies by building, AC is good, and TVs are small. The food is diverse but the service and guests can be chaotic. The beach is a short walk away, but the location offers little in terms of nearby attractions. Watch out for slippery floors. Overall, the hotel is not truly 5 stars and has some flaws.

Great value for money.

The location is perfect and the place is quite comfortable.Great place to stay; very scenic.Nice and clean.The food in restaurant was delicious and well presented.I was apprehensive about this stay by reading the other reviews.But the negative reviews relate to staff and food are not true at all.Very friendly staff.I totally recommend this hotel.Great value for money.

Amazing stay at the end of season.

Its a proper hotel and has everything youd expect for a ridiculously cheap price. Clean, functional, comfy beds, no noise, well stocked rooms, varied food and well presented at every meal,excellent coctails by the pool and by the beach and more importantly good staff.

Very Good Value /Very good place with wonderful staff

This hotel is really great.It was a wonderful stay.It has everything you might ever need- delicious and varied food and drinks,pools and plenty of activities for kids & adults.The staff was very pleasant and helpful, in the reception, restaurants , beach and all. It was excellent.I highly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is very well equiped and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The food was great with many options.Cocktails were refreshing.Very friendly and helpful staff.Pools were great.Spacious room.Excellent location.

Great price excellent service

As someone who travels frequently in Turkey, I can definitely say that it is one of the best hotel with good service and affordable prices I have ever stayed in.Absolutely everything was much better than I expected. Of course, it is not an ultra luxury hotel. We did not expect this anyway. But the food, drinks and service were very good. Our room was clean and spacious. There was room cleaning every day. The employees were very friendly and helpful. You feel as if you are at your own home. Do not pay any attention to some of the bad comments written about this hotel. I know how difficult it is to satisfy such people. (I run a restaurant.) Go without any hesitation. Price-service is very good. I definitely recommend it.

Definitely the best value 5 star hotel in Antalya

We liked everything. They fully deserved the money we paid. The price and quality are at a very high level. Our room was clean and cleaning service was provided every day. The food was quite delicious and varied. The drinks were quite good. The general areas were clean. People who leave low-rated comments about this hotel definitely have problems with themselves.In general, we liked everything and would definitely recommend this hotel. Will go again next year for our holiday.

Staff were rude and bullied me, food was cold and plates and dining area was dirty. Hotel was noisy, very noisy.

My wife and I went on October 11 at 5:00 pm at the Grand Miramor Hotel SPA for a massage and sauna & spa procedures. Initially, we were promised, that I would have a man, and she would have a woman who would carry out the procedures, but in the end this turned out not to be the case. After we returned to the room, my wife told me that your specialist allowed himself more than he should: he tried to remove the bra from my wife, and after refusing, he said, well, take it off yourself in front of me, to which he also received a refusal and was dissatisfied. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a massage therapist, and it appears that he has no fear for his actions. At the hotel reception, after talking with the administrator and the girl at the reception, I realized that this was not the first time he behaved like this. The administrator told me, that SPA is not part of the Grand Miramor Hotel and gave me the contact of their Director (Arif). I contacted him, described the case and asked him to take the action and prevent the cases of harassment in their massage centers. I haven't got any update from his side or The Hotel's side yet, that's why I put my comment here. So, I didn't recommend using this SPA or any SPA procedure at this Hotel, because the Hotel doesn't be responsible for their personnel.
