From the reception to the rooms to the meals, everything was excellent!

There was no air-conditioning in the room therefore it was getting a bit too hot in the night.

Brilliant hotel, fab food, amazing staff..just watch your loved ones in the water slide zone

Fantastic facilities, just a shame no sports bar

The three water slides by the pool which are 3 race lanes, green curly slide then the purple speed slide. The idea is the 3 race lanes you get out of the end pool to the right, green centre, purple left. The amount of times the lifeguard had to blow his whistle and tell kids/adults to not cross the purple slide was ridiculous. We was only there 7 days and how we didnt see a major accident was a Miracle!!! Probably why this hotel is the Miracle hotel ! I offered the simple solution of tying a rope to individualise the lanes but the lifeguard said the management arent interested!!! I would highly recommend watching your children the first time you go on the slides so they know where to get out of the pool safely.

Almost perfect stay

Room is big and very comfy. All in the hotel is big and luxurious. The main restaurant is huge and with a lot of choices.

I didn't get much explanations how the things work at the resort, had to figure it out all by myself. It's a shame that in an all inclusive hotel the snack bar's close soon, it sohuld be open all day and not just from 12h to 16h. The drinks at the bar wasn't so good as it should. One of the neighbors hotels has very loud music until late hours, can be a problem if your room is by that side, but the room it self is silent

Beautiful!!! The hotel was wonderful, staff very friendly, food was excellent!! Very enjoyable stay !!!

The main restaurant was a little like a canteen feel, seating was a little chaotic, lots of babies and children. Adult dining area would have been nice

No way youll be disappointed

The pools are great. The rooms are some of the best in Antalya resorts. The absolute best is the food. Incredible variety, very clean and lots of new food every day. We felt several times, specially during lunches that we were having fine dining experiences.

The pier was much below expectations, compared to what you find in neighboring hotels. Needs to be much larger with complete redesign. The other restaurants other than the main restaurant are quite poor (look and feel like canteens) but the main restaurant is incredible so no need for more restaurants anyway ;)

The room was not very clean The air conditioner was not cleaned maybe since the beginning Food service is the worst (food is good and tasty), you need to ask every single time when you need something and stay and wait, more than that the period of serving food is very short, they start to close everything when not even the scheduled hours are reached Taxi is very expensive for tourists (4 to 5 times more than usual)

An unforgettable stay

I enjoyed my stay. The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and I couldnt get enough of the beautiful beach and the excellent facilities there. Ill definitely be coming back!
