Exceptional

Our second visit and hopefully not our last.

Spacious, clean and welcoming. It has everything you could need and just feels like home. The location is wonderful, so convenient for the shops, park and river walks.

disappointed not being able to get in befor 5 pm

the bed uncomfortable and rather small we are used to a king size Bed also having to be out of property by 9 am felt as is had lost 2 days stay

Very good

Beautiful cosy well equipped house in a great area , very peaceful and quiet

Lovely comfortable house in a great location very quiet and peaceful Everything we needed was there very happy with the house and the garden was lovely

When we arrived at 5pm the house hadnt been cleaned and towels and bedding from previous occupants were still there which was not very good in the present climate. After contacting the local office 2 girls came and cleaned and made beds very efficiently. I did think I may have had a phone call from head office but I did not .After contacting them they did not seem very concerned at the situation so just wondered if this happens often We had a lovely stay at a beautiful home but it was a bit tarnished by the experience
