I was not able to stay due to the $200 security deposit which I'd been told would only be $50.

Nothing. Literally I was lied to about the deposit required of $200 cash, or $50 on credit or debit... I was charged anyway- but was never able to secure nor cancel the booking the agent did over the phone.

I never got to check in because I had no extra $200 for a deposit and my hubby wasn't with me so I couldn't use his debit card. If that had been disclosed truthfully to me during booking, I would never have booked here. I was also unable to cancel my booking in person AND over the phone both told me I had to go thru 3rd party booking.com to cancel even though a phone rep had booked it over the phone, after lying to me about $200 security deposit.

Location

The room was small, tv was mounted by the ceiling, no place to sit, tv remote didnt work very good,wouldnt turn on or off sometimes. The volume control wouldnt work, no refrigerator

The room was clean.

The room deposit. Smh you need to put that on when you're booking a room. Not when you get to property and see you have to have a deposit. Just messed everything up for us on our trip. Smh not staying here any more. Your breakfast person needs to smile and be more friendly. Looking all grumpy and talks grumpy too.
