Would never visit the city again based on this experience alone.

I have nothing good to say about it

Not much I have no idea how it has the star rating it has its down some of the most dangerous streets in Bari. The rooms are basic, mine was flooded when I arrived having had to walk through the ghetto by myself at 1am. My flight was diverted here due to bad weather, we landed without knowing how bad the place was and all passengers were fighting to find somewhere to stay. This hotel would not put on a car or help with a taxi. I am a young girl traveling on my own and I genuinely was in fear of my life when a car was following me slowly as I made my way to the hotel from the train station. There were no taxis available from the airport which is insane but this hotel couldnt care less.

An excellent hotel and very luxurious! Perfect !

We were looking for a hotel within walking distance of Bari central station and this fitted the bill marvellously! An excellent outdoor terrace with restaurant facilities and very friendly staff. The room was modern and luxurious.just what we were looking for after a long flight

Superb

Modern hotel located on the beautiful grounds of a historic villa.

Stunning gardens with a huge pool and lovely sun beds. Rooms were spacious, modern, clean and comfortable.

It is located a long walk from Bari old town. Breakfast was too expensive.

Friendly staff and lovely location. Set back from the road in its own grounds with beautiful pool. Very clean in all areas. We had a large room over looking the pool and gardens.

Disappointing

The parking and the location

The room although big was not a suite and the day that i could not find a taxi after dinner and the attendant told me to keep calling instead of sending a taxi which is what she did after a lot of nagging overall poor customer service
