Disappointing

The room was comfortable and the bathtub was really nice. We had nice views as well.

It was not child friendly like we read in other reviews. We were very disappointed as we were convinced to upgrade to Level when checking in, and the lounge was not even accessible by stroller. We sat at the Level breakfast area and were not approached by staff a single time to ask if we wanted coffee or to order, we were basically invisible. When we did ask to order ourselves the staff was not particularly friendly or kind. The first day we went to have lunch, and it took over an hour to get our food. When we finally did get it, it was cold and missing the vegetables as were listed in the menu, for example. We had to ask for a high chair 4 times before we finally got one. The beach area was much dirtier than Alcudia beaches. We were told in paying for Level access we would have free reserved sun beds at the beach. When we got there, it turned out the sun beds were on rocks to the very far side so we had to walk to the sandy beach area with our toddler as it was not child friendly. Finally, our last disappointment was with housekeeping: we used the mugs and cups in our room and they were not cleaned or replaced many of the days. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The best position for this area

We loved all the different areas to relax, the cleanliness, the staff always happy to help, breakfast choice was amazing, and Marta and her team, made our stay , with cocktails waiting in our room one evening ,took time to chat to us and check back if there was anything we needed. The position of the hotel is perfect, step outside and a short walk to everything, the hotel offers all you need to relax , lovely pools and some chilled activities, like salsa class, cocktail demo, aqua aerobics, in the afternoon and lunch at Cape Neo, should you want.

We booked a normal Junior suite, however on arrival we noticed the description on booking.com site was not correct , no dining area , no terrace , more a small balcony, this room was tired, and needed a refresh, so we moved to a Level Junior suite on 2nd day a small price difference, this had extra benefits, and the room was much more spacious and fitted the discription of suite described, so be careful when reading what facilities you expect on this site, there is also a no smoking policy around all outdoor areas, so smokers have to go outside to the beach area.

Overall great value for money

Great location and good breakfast, nice pools as well.

Minor things ;think lobby bar should work indoor, wouldve spent more time there if it did. Also turnover timings are random, once it was morning other afternoon. Otherwise good place to stay.
