Will never comeback

There is a beautiful beach that is easily accessible.

Located far away from the central area of Patong in Phuket, is a bit of a journey, taking over an hour to reach if we want to see or buy somethin. It is situated near the airport, in an empty area. The services provided at this hotel are quite disappointing. Upon checking in, we were shocked to find that there were no towels in our room. After calling the front desk, we had to wait for 20 minutes before finally receiving them. The lack of towels continued at the swimming pool, despite calling the staff five times and waiting for them about 45 minutes. Frustrated, we gave up and walked back to our room feeling cold and wet. The pool staff also lacked professionalism. The breakfast offered was underwhelming, so we decided to skip it altogether. Additionally, the prices at this hotel were exorbitant, at least two to three times higher than other places. We were extremely disappointed as we had been looking forward to our trip to Phuket. Staying at this hotel was our mistake for not thoroughly researching it beforehand.

A well run hotel with good staff but a bit out of the way.

Breakfast was fine with a fairly wide choice. Strange though that you had to order eg hash browns, pork sausages and baked beans separately, rather than have them out in trays as in all the other hotels we stayed in on Phuket. But no extra charge - breakfast included in the room rate - and not really a problem. The electric buggys to take you to the restaurant and main pool came quickly. Very convenient for the airport - about 20 mins.

It cannot be changed, but the layout of the hotel is a bit strange, with a narrow strip incl the pool leading to the beach and the rooms in blocks in a much wider area inland. We had a ground floor room with a private pool. Rooms on the floor above involved quite a few steps which could be a problem for the less agile. The private pool was also a bit small in comparison with other hotels we stayed in on Phuket. There was nothing else around the hotel so to dine out you would need a taxi. The menu was fine for the 3 days we were there, but would have been a bit boring with a longer stay. However a new Director of Catering has just been appointed and told me it will now improve considerably.

Terrific two night stay after Kata Beach busyness.

Gorgeous quiet spot after 8 days of hustle in the south. Beautiful gardens and pools. Private pool villa was lovely. Glad I found the mozzie coil! Next door there was a cute local restaurant and we had a lovely dinner there. Beautiful beachfront also.

Location is away from any shops if you wanted a change from the resort offerings or a change of scenery.

Quite and calm cozy hotel to spend you vacation on the Maykhao beach.

Beautiful location, nice and quite place for relaxing vacation. One of the most recharging and private beaches on the island, nice and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

The air in the room was too humid and we think it also affected on bed linen. It was not 100% comfortable to feel that linen is a bit wet. It could caused by weather (it was raining during 2-3 evenings), but still made us feel uncomfortable. The mattress on the sun bed outside the room was spoiled by mold, that prevented us from using this bed.
