Exceptional

Beds were comfortable, the laundry and community kitchen were great. Our kids loved the game area.

The area was a bit dirty around the hotel but it was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere from there

if you're having a short stay up to two days in the city, then you may consider this option

The location was fine, the staff were helpful, and the room was clean.

The breakfast did not have much options, The receptionist tried to charge me a breakfast during my stay even though it was included in the reservation. The room was big enough for one person but feels like empty as it did not have enough decoration and stuff that would make the room feel warm.

Very cool and apropriate place! Great facilities and Staff.

Very cool spots. The ambiance is great and friendly, also the Staff in the main desk and bar. The rooms were clean and appropriate, however, I stayed during winter, at the nights the room became very cold and was difficult to reste well. The breakfast buffet was very nice: delicious and variate.

At the night, the room got so cold, even asking for extra bed blankets

A nice hotel with comfy and clean rooms

The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The room was minimally furnished but comfortable and very clean.

There was no equipment for the tea/coffee, but we stayed here only for a night, so it was not a big problem for us

For a solo, minimalistic traveler this hotel is ideal, and great value for your money.

The room was very clean. The furniture seemed new or very well maintained. I also liked the style of the room, quite simple but nice. I went in the winter and it was warm in the room, I liked that a lot as I'm very sensitive to cold. The location was also very good, walking distance from the St. Charles train station. Also close to a bus station that takes you to the city center.

The room was comfy enough for me, but as an improvement, I would have appreciated having at least one glass in the room, maybe even a mini-fridge. More storage space might be necessary for some people, there was only a short rail for hanging clothes and one small space to place your things.
