Disappointing and completely false advertising

Room was very noisy. The first two photos were not the hotel so not as advertised at all. The roof leaked and my belongings were drenched, when told this they were indifferent.

Spacious room. Cleanliness.

The bathroom a bit small. Don't like the bidet style toilet. Prefer old school toilet with hose. The tv not well functioning.

We didnt stay there. We have to find another apartment in the middle of midnight. That was very ridiculous

They cancelled our booking just by mouth. They said our apartment was under renovation but they didnt notify us earlier

Location, price. When you go down, there's restaurant, no need to go outside to find food. Because there's many restaurants.

Overall - for price paid, can't complain much and can be put up with. The surrounding is great.

Location is great, near to supermarket, lots of eateries, location of interest and laundry. Book this hotel due to availability of big family room for 4. Great value for money for the size of the room with daily replenishment of water (4 x 500ml) without asking.

The room is old, smell of smoke (as smoking is allowed in room), toilet/bathroom is not sectioned off. Bedsheets are old and pillowcases are brown. Floor mats are stained and looks dirty although changed daily. Facility in room is nonexistent, one chair for a room for 4 people, a portable fridge that won't cool and 2 mugs for everyone to share.
