Superb

Great stay at nice hotel but far from Bologna Centre

Beautiful hotel and conference centre with clean, well furnished rooms, free parking and a good breakfast included. They've definitely done some modernizing of the furniture and decor over the years.

Location is quite far from city centre so you would need to drive 25 minutes into Bologna. There are restaurants nearby for dinner but you'll need a vehicle.

Disappointing

Nothing in particular, it was just fine to pass the days. Breakfast was included

1) It's out of city and the last bus to the hotel is at 8pm. Taxi costs around 70euros from Central 2) The hotel is between fields, gave a little feel of Hotel Transylvania. It becomes alittle scary to reach as there is no bus, uber doesn't work, there are no street lights on the main road. 3) Room size is small 4) No kettle in room

hotel ideal for those traveling to the south of Italy

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable and that is the greatest value of this hotel. The breakfast is interesting (everything is on the table), but the food is very poorly put on table (so it's a bad impression when you come to the breakfast room)

The hotel is in a quiet place outside of Bologna and is not suitable for those who come to this city on business because of the big crowd (whenever you drive).

Breakfast was served 7-10AM, but when we came at 9 there was almost nothing left. Day before, and little earlier it was a bit better but still, scrambled eggs and sausage was cold, and the bacon was gone. The room could use a repainting, shower was leaking, there were few power outages during one day. Also, it it's rather far away from the city center, the bus is your only logical option - Uber charges around 40-60euro depending on time.

Very poor

Dreadful avoid at all costs

Quiet hotel and rooms, close to bus stop

Arriving it felt like it wasnt open, no cars in car park and a real off season vibe to the place. Gardens looked unattended etc. We booked in them had to find our way through dark corridors to our room. When we opened our door it was very dark and humid and it is not recommended to open the windows because of mosquitoes. It also smelt like an air freshener had been used excessively which we worked out on the 2nd night was to cover the smell of cigarettes smoke that was hanging to the coverings around the room. The decor was dated and the carpets around the hotel were grubby and there were a lot of lights out. In our bathroom we only had 1 working light out of 3 and the shower cubicle was so small you could barely move and the shower had less power than a baby dribbling! We asked if they could put the air conditioning on but we were told that they dont put it on in October, even though both days were over 30c. We were told that breakfast was served between 7-10, but when we arrived at 9:10 there was barely any food left and the staff did not put much more fresh plates out. We were not the last to arrive and some guests literally had nothing to choose from. The staff in the hotel were not particularly friendly and lacked customer service skills, we did not feel welcome at all. I would not go back there and if going through booking.com check the negative reviews as it appears we were not the only ones to have this experience even though it is rated highly overall which is why we chose to stay there. I would also ignore the fact that it is rated 4*, as this was from 10 years ago, if I was feeling generous it would get a 2*! Finally restaurant was not open for Saturday or Sunday nights, its almost like they dont want or deserve the business,
