We leave your appointment neat and clean but we really dont appreciate your services tv was not working bad smelly bedding no garbage bags no tissue paper provided broken crockery will give these reviews on booking. Com too for others help to book properly no service while staying in appointment plus hidden charges on booking.com price is like 65 thousand Pak rupees but we pay double the price 1 lack 50 thousand plus early check in fee plus 11 clock the said to check out other wise they charge 70 rm per hour very pathetic service not recommended to anyone

Most horrible experience for a very expensive mistake!!

Decided to stay coz its near to work gonna be for d next 4-5days, tot it was convinient but i was wrong.. this place gave us d most horrible experience. Was being over charged for a shared unit.. nothing is great abt d unit.. infact getting to d unit was so damn difficult coz nobody was there to assist, everything had to do ourselves yet charging us almost double d amount we paid for d room!

Not only very inconvinient, they gave too many rules.. ripped off our money yet just kept quiet when i expect them to be professionall at least to explain.. How rude!

Amazing infinity pool view with KLCC magnificent view

We love the self check in method, the property will settle the verification check in process via Whatsapp in advance then send us self check in guidelines afterward, then just read and follow the steps, save time and no need to wait for anyone. We prefer this check in method.

Information provided for self check in guidelines are too long, but upon self check out, it becomes lots more easier because we have read through the self check in "long" guidelines previously. Therefore, we suggest property can make it short and sweet. Good job

not recommended for family to stay , there is a lot of hidden charges if using the blanket, pillow insides the cabinet .

property is amazing , but there is confusing room that we only can use one room which is room A and room B

there is extra charges which is the host say the aircond cannot be use . when I enter the room the aircond is not working at all .

I like the "self check in/out" method that property implemented. Easy, fast and save a lot of the time. But only with one condition, inform the host earlier, read all the given guidelines properly. Then everything is easy and less hassle.
