Disappointing

Location is great, walking distance to everything.

Cleanliness could have been much better, rooms were dusty and dirty. Our first room stunk of smoke before getting moved to another room. Prices were way too expensive for what it is.

Superb

Great location, lots to do. We could see the new years fireworks from our room (at 9pm for kids) so we ran downstairs and out to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Unfortunately the door between the toilet and the shower did not function, which would have been useful, but was ok without. We could never turn on the shower fan, so it was a bit stuffy, but could air through that helped.

2 singles beds joint togher and 1 single bed had broken Springs when we ask for 1 queen bed and car park near the room not the other side of hotel they told us our room had no parking the bar fridge was inside the cupboard and you could not open or close it properly did mentioned to the property and they said it was in the wrong place .

Relaxing. Perfect for what we needed - a short break. Hotel is in ideal location

Breakfast was great. Room amd bed were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Erakine House fees a little tired - ready for an update.

Pool is great facility although the water was very cloudy.

Location excellent! Close to restaurants, cafes, cinema, beach, things to do. Indoor pool was pretty good, steam room also. Front desk staff excellent service.

Should not allow inflatable toys in pool, area too small. Should have better block out window covers in units, mattress on couch must be replaced, cleaning staff to check room coffee, tea etc as we had only 1 coffee, 2 sugars, had to ask for more toilet paper, front desk should advise room is NOT cleaned every day. If we knew we would not have asked for cleans towels everyday.

Location was excellent, close to shops & beach. Pool & spa were nice. Fireworks could be seen from the beach for nye.

Book if you want good location and dont care about comfort.

The location was perfect, walking distance to absolutely everything you want and need

Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. Two singles pushed together to make a queen so someone will fall in between throughout the night. Very old and unclean room. Requested for the room to be cleaned but they do it only after 3 days. I had an allergy reaction I assume to maybe the sheets or dust so we checked out a day early couldnt handle it anymore. The managers were extremely lovely and understanding though and they said they would refund us for one night.
