The Mansio Suites The Headrow offers lovely suites with great facilities, including a comfy bed and nice shower. Reception staff were polite and welcoming. However, a star was deducted due to the out (Read More)-of-order lift on hot days, with no air conditioning causing discomfort in the room despite a provided fan.

Great location, top of the range furnishings & appliances. Great value for money.

Shower seal leaked under the door - towels stemmed the water & towels dried easily on the heated towel rail. Staff made aware and offered for us to change rooms but we declined the offer as we were only staying 1 night.

The reception staff was nice

The rooms were not as clean as should been ,lot of noise , and there was not enough tissues in the toilet and the room.

The apartment was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. Lots of little bits for hot drinks, shower facilities were good and little products to use , cold drinks left and snacks. Staff very friendly and parking is available for 20 but ring and ask for availability beforehand.

Empty vodka bottle left in a drawer, draw knobs missing , really noisy into the early hours from the opposite restaurant with emptying of the bins and glass bottle bins creating such a noise and staff really shouting. Not the apartments fault but if you want a quiet sleep it won't be for you.
