Big space with comfortable beds. Location was great!

It had 4 bedrooms but only 3 bathrooms. Wouldve been better if the number of bathrooms were equal to the number of bedrooms. The air conditioner on the 1st floor bedroom was noisy so if youre a light sleeper, it would definitely bother you. Ground floor living room air conditioner wasnt working

Perfect stay!

Perfect for what we needed with the amount of people we had. Setting was perfect for us to get around and see Sevilla.

Parking is the only issue but we were able to find a garage within a 10 minute walk.

absolutely worth a stay, just beautiful

the property is in the perfect location, easy walking distance to all local attractions, the house is spread over 4 floors including a lovely roof terrace, 3 out the 4 bedrooms have en suite, theres also a kitchen & lounge area, lovely place to stay

We felt very welcomed by the staff. The property managers communicated quickly and to the point. The house is located in very close proximity and walking distance to all monuments. The immediate neighborhood has good facilities including grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen and no shortage of dishes for our group. The WiFi reception is good in every room. Individual heating in every room and common areas made our stay pleasant during colder nights.

The bathrooms could use some refurbishment.

Superb

The apartment was very nice and clean. We all enjoyed staying in it. The 9 of us fitted comfortably in the 4 rooms. A very good place to go back to.

The parking was kinda far. The 200 euro deposit made us take a video of the before and after conditions of the place lest we be charged for something that wasn't there or broken in the first place.
