    Peaceful comfortable central and clean
    Friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and rooms. Two balconies. Two bathrooms. Nicely arranged and furnished and soundproofed. The perfect place to stay. Close to shops beach and train station. Hope to stay here again some time. Carine is warm and relaxed and makes one feel very welcome

    Student accommodation at luxury price.
    Good location. Close to beach.
    Very spartan and cheap fitout. More like student accommodation than four star apartment. Took two days to obtain WiFi password. Coffee machine didn't work and oven filthy. Not clean overall.

    Ideal base to explore the coast.
    This modern, spacious flat was in an excellent location two streets away from the railway station so that we could easily explore the places along the coast we wanted to visit- a very frequent service. There was a choice of nearby supermarkets and a bakery, so catering was easy. The flat was well equipped and had good-quality appliances, including a washing machine and had 2 bathrooms with showers. The locality was quiet and we were able to enjoy using the balcony. The bed was big and comfortable and there was ample hanging space. Light was very good for reading. The landlord lives on the premises, so getting in was simple. We appreciated the condiments, the water and the starter coffee capsules.

    Great accommodation in a perfect location! Well definitely come back :)
    Everything was great! Very comfortable apartment, great location, that allows you to create a daily routine like getting fresh pastries from the bakery (2 minutes walk) in the morning, taking a walk on the beach (5 minutes walk), buying fresh fruits and fish (2 minutes walk), travelling by train (5 minutes walk to the train station), having dinner in different places nearby... We enjoyed every moment there!
    It is difficult to find the minuses here, everything was perfect. The air conditioners were a bit loud, but earplugs solved the problem :) We will definitely come back!

    Juan Les Pins in March was very quiet and there wasnt many open restaurants
