Very good

The inside of our room (the love nest) was so beautiful and kitschy. There were lots of extra little details from the birds on the light fixtures to the tile in the shower. The hotel as a whole has wonderful amenities, from their spa to their delicious steak house. They really have everything you could need. Also bonus: fancy toilets with heated seats lol

The only downside was the big lights outside of our bedroom window that never went off. They were part of our outside window, on the top floor. The light seeped through the curtains and kept me up for most of the night. I even called the front desk and they didnt seem to know what I was talking about. It made my sleep really uncomfortable.

Very unique rooms. Was there for my nieces wedding and everything was beautiful.

The room was very cute! Stayed with my daughters in the Crystal Room. It was perfect for us. Loved how there were 2 areas to get ready.

The price of food at the restaurants were very high. My husband and boys stayed in a seperate room. My son had surgery and has difficulty even though we were on the 1st floor with the unevenness of the pavement/stones. Also my 98 year old mother had difficulty with the same issue.

the property was beautiful, of course the scenery was amazing!

Did not enjoy that theirs no room service compared to the pay value they charge, as well as dissatisfied no microwave and coffee machines in the bathroom.. thats pretty unsanitary..

Enjoyed our Stay

We stayed in the "ShowBoat' room. Everything was exceptional except for the novice. A couple of young men decided to talk near the room until midnight. The walls are thin in this location, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!
