Mark the owner provides a very high standard of service

Everything. Very clean and comfortable room. It was quiet, so ideal for my studying. Teas are replenished daily. Mark the lovely owner, has set a very high standard of service. Thank you

A definite 10/10!

I've stayed before and I will definitely stay again. The cleanest guest house I know of in Blackpool. Mark (the owner) is very efficient and friendly. He provides everything you need for a great stay. My room even had a fridge! The premises were lovely and warm despite the cost of fuel!!! Thanks and well done Mark.

How warm Mark is, as well as his accommodation being exceptional. He always goes above and beyond.

Nothing.. I've booked here many times now and would recommend Mark and his business to anybody. There are plenty of places in Blackpool for breakfast, that has NEVER put me off booking.
